Thank you for visiting my site. I have been a clinical pharmacist for over 27 years with experience in academia, family medicine and geriatrics. I've seen an increasing number of older adults admitted to the hospital resulting from complications of their medications. I would like help older adults and their caregivers understand and manage their medications. Why not add a pharmacist to your health care team? I look forward to hearing from you!
